According to a statement given by Serene Williams on Tuesday, July 28, 2022, she doesn’t know if it will be her last tournament; however, the first round motivated her to win more grand slams in the future.

Pointing toward her recent match loss Serene said that she didn’t expect her recent loss to be the last memory on the court where she had already achieved so much. Serene said, “Obviously not, you know me. Not.”

Serene William said the reason behind her loss was because of inconsistency in practicing her injury caused that; moreover, she said that you could not perform better when you are in for a week and then out for another week.

NICK KYRIGIOS ACCUSED TENNIS FANS OF DISRESPECT

The Australian tennis star is famously known for his anger outburst once again and called line women “snitch .”After throwing the ball on the ground and saying,” I didn’t say anything to the crowd until they started, just every time I came down to the far end, people just going. It’s just I don’t know if it’s normal or not. “Just pure disrespect, just anything. Someone just yelled out, and I was s**t in the crowd today. Is that normal? No. I just don’t understand why it’s happening over and over again.”

Furthermore, this was not the first time he faced disrespect from the crowd. Kyrigios encountered something similar in Germany, where he had heard racial insults from the crowd while playing the game.

Such incidents raise questions on how to protect players from such insults, as they can have repercussions in the future; however, these incidents have been happening for centuries.

Adding to that, Kyriogois said that he is grown up in Australia and knows what racism is. He said, “I feel like it’s a battle, constant battle, coming from that place and dealing with it. … I don’t think it’s got anything to do with that. I just think spectators, in general, think there’s just no line there anymore. They can just say something, and they film it, and then they laugh about it.”
